Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt email. Access is recorded in this browser, not in an account: keep your access code and your receipt email. Already subscribed in another browser? Restore access.
What a purchase sends, and to whom
Review projects, source previews and client responses stay on this device. Optional access checks use RevenueCat and checkout uses RevenueCat and Stripe. The billing provider receives an anonymous billing identifier; payment and receipt details are handled by the payment provider. Review records are not sent with a purchase.
After a purchase this browser keeps one small record: whether the subscription is active, and when that was last confirmed. It is re-checked at most once every twelve hours while you are online, and it keeps working offline for thirty days between checks.
Refunds and support
Email socialreminderinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and it will be refunded. Write from the address you paid with and include your access code. The full wording is in the refund policy.
